We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The product received does not match the description shown on our website

  • Required certificates or accessories are missing

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or certificates

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Replacement Process

  • All replacement requests are subject to verification

  • Replacement will be shipped based on stock availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Any shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be borne by ShukramaniStone.com

  • For all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
