However, when an order is returned due to an incomplete address or missed delivery, it results in additional costs for us.

- Make sure someone is available to receive the package when our courier partner attempts delivery.
Prepaid Orders
- Enjoy priority processing! Prepaid orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery typically reaches you within 4–5 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders require a brief confirmation process of 1–2 working days before dispatch.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–7 working days.
Returns & Replacement
6-Month One-Time Replacement
We offer a free one-time replacement within 6 months of purchase.
A valid unboxing video is mandatory, and a ₹100 shipping & handling fee applies. Once approved, a new replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
1-Day Replacement
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Requests without video proof cannot be processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Returns are not accepted for size issues, quality dissatisfaction, or personal preference.
Items that are used, worn, washed, or missing original packaging are not eligible.
Unboxing Video Required
An unboxing video showing the parcel opening and the issue is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.
Return Process
Submit your order ID and contact details via our return portal with photos/video proof.
Approved requests will be collected or must be couriered to us if pickup isn’t available.

COD Orders
Please verify your bill before payment. We’re not responsible for excess payments to delivery agents.
If a prepaid order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, the refund will be credited to your store wallet after shipping deduction.

Premium range products qualify only for 6-month replacement, not refunds.
